The Death Of St John De Baptist
A royal feast was held in honour of the birthday of the tetrarch in fortified Machaerus, east of the Bitter Sea. The tetrarch, Herod, and his wife, Herodias, together with Salome were there. And all the men and women of the royal court were there. And when the feast was done, behold, all the guests and courtiers were drunk with wine. They danced and leaped about like children in their play.

Salome, daughter of Herodias, came in and danced before the king. The beauty of her form, her grace and winning ways entranced the silly Herod, who was then half-drunk with wine. He called the maiden to his side and said, “Salome, you have won my heart, and you may ask and I will give you anything you wish.”

The maiden ran in childish glee and told her mother what the ruler said. Her mother said, ‘Go back and say, Give me the head of John, the harbinger. ’ The maiden ran and told the ruler what she wished.

And Herod called his trusty executioner and said to him, “Go to the tower and tell the keeper that by my authority you come to execute the prisoner known as John.”
The man went forth, and in a little while returned, bearing on a platter the lifeless head of John, and Herod offered it unto the maiden in the presence of the guests. The maiden stood aloof. Her innocence was outraged when she saw the bloody gift, and she would touch it not.

Her mother, steeped and hardened well in crime, came up and took the head and held it up before the guests and said, “This is the fate of every man who dares to scorn, or criticize, the acts of him who reigns. “The drunken guests gazed upon the gruesome sight with fiendish (malicious) joy.

The head was taken back unto the tower. The body had been given unto holy men who had been friends of John. They placed it in a burial case and carried it away. They bore it to the Jordan, which they crossed just at the ford where John first preached the word. And through the passes of the Judean hills they carried it. They reached the sacred grounds near Hebron, where the bodies of the parents of the harbinger lay in their tombs. And there they buried it. And then they went their way.

Now, when the news reached Galilee that John was dead, the people met to sing the sonnets of the dead. And Jesus, the foreign masters and the twelve took ship to cross the Sea of Galilee.

For Herod had sent and seized John, and bound him in prison for the sake of Hero′di-as, his brother Philip’s wife; because he had married her. For John said to Herod, “It is not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.” And Hero′di-as had a grudge against him, and wanted to kill him. But she could not, for Herod feared John, knowing that he was a righteous and holy man, and kept him safe. When he heard him, he was much perplexed; and yet he heard him gladly. But an opportunity came when Herod on his birthday gave a banquet for his courtiers and officers and the leading men of Galilee. For when Hero′di-as’ daughter came in and danced, she pleased Herod and his guests; and the king said to the girl, “Ask me for whatever you wish, and I will grant it.” And he vowed to her, “Whatever you ask me, I will give you, even half of my kingdom.” And she went out, and said to her mother, “What shall I ask?” And she said, “The head of John the baptizer.” And she came in immediately with haste to the king, and asked, saying, “I want you to give me at once the head of John the Baptist on a platter.” And the king was exceedingly sorry; but because of his oaths and his guests he did not want to break his word to her. And immediately the king sent a soldier of the guard and gave orders to bring his head. He went and beheaded him in the prison, and brought his head on a platter, and gave it to the girl; and the girl gave it to her mother. When his disciples heard of it, they came and took his body, and laid it in a tomb. Mark 6:14-29

Explanations:

1.     The best security is to do good to others.

2.     Whatever a person does to others, he has done to himself, because the same shall be done to him, in this his present or future lifetime.

3.     That is justice, the very law of karma.

4.     Today, many are suffering because of the sins they committed in their present or previous lifetimes on earth.

Chukwudi: What was done with the head of St John De Baptist?

Apostle Matthew: Ourselves did not want to know what they did with his head.

The Head: There was nothing they did with the head. All that they wanted was to kill John De Baptist, so that he will no longer rebuke them of their unlawful marriage.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, themselves have killed him. There was no other thing that they can do to him. Whatever pleased them, let them do with the head... God the Father has taken what is important to Himself.

The Head: God has taken his soul.

The Need To Grow In Spirit

On many occasions, when Saint John De Baptist was working, his disciples were not understanding what he was saying. They were not going into the spirit, and they were not inquiring from the Angels. All that they knew was that John was a preacher.

Son of man, it is not all the sermons you like that you shall take as it is. All the sermons spoken by Yahweh, whoever that has the Holy Spirit will take it. But the problem is to keep all the processes and procedures. That you like a sermon is not the main point – hearing the word of God is not enough; you must keep the word before you shall be counted a saint.

Why John Was Beheaded

Apostle Matthew: Already John said that as Jesus Christ is becoming radiant, himself shall be diminishing. But the disciples did not understood what John was saying. Saint John De Baptist knew that such a thing shall happen. He knew that he would have faith and remain steadfast.

But what happened at last?

John was killed, beheaded, because he started to have a trembling heart; he became doubtful of Jesus Christ as the Messiah. His disciples were going to meet him while he was in prison. What John did that displeased the Angels was that he sent his disciples to ask Jesus Christ, “Are you He who is to come? Or shall we look for another?”

He was fearful and cowardly. He expected Jesus Christ to use His mighty powers to deliver Him from the prison.

Son of man, the Angels wanted to remove the fear and doubt from John. Whatever you see as the truth, call it the truth. Do so both in life and at death.

Son of man, during the persecution of Jesus Christ, was there any time He said such doubtful word as John did?

The Head: None.

Apostle Matthew: The Angels kept quiet while the persecution lasted. And God, Yahweh, also kept quiet?

The Head: Yes. Jesus never said a false statement because He knows the truth, and He knows that there is no other meaningful and useful thing except the truth.

Apostle Matthew: If John were paying for the fifty prophets of Baal he killed when he was Elijah, he would have known. John died simply because he allowed the spirit of fear to enter into himself. Even giant do fear. Even the soldiers do fear. There are certain things that make the soldiers afraid. The spirit of fear can make a person to do what he never expected or say what he should not say. Where he supposed to stand and fight, and the Angels will give him victory, but such a person runs away. The battle is still waiting for him. That is what we are saying. It is not good. The children of God have to become knowledgeable and wise.

You Must Be Trustworthy

God the Father is not a hypocrite. You shall not answer Him, “Yes, my Lord,” and still go behind to say a different thing, or claim that you are not sure, since you have come before God to say you are sure. The canes that Angels will flog the hypocrite, it will be better for the person to tell the Angels that he is not sure.

After The Death Of St John De Baptist

John was Elijah. He returned to heaven, and did not go to the hell fire called the Bottomless Pit, which is at the center of the earth. He came to the world from heaven. God sent him. What was written about Saint John De Baptist, what he said inside the Bottomless Pit, when Jesus came there to deliver the saints was true. They have a reason for saying so. The saints from heaven do not go to hell fire. The evil spirits and demons do not have any power over the saints. The saints have no portion or chance inside the hell fire. Even so it is.

More Details Facts And

The incident was true, but it taught Herod a great lesson. The name of the daughter of Herodias as Salome.

Apostle Matthew: How?

The Head: He spoke, made promise, out of drunkenness.

Apostle Matthew: And without self-control. The incident each all the people in governments and leaderships, that the processes and procedures and laws which Herod failed in. You should not tell your fellow human being to say anything he wants and that you shall do it for him. It is only God that is able to say and do such thing. It is not allowed that a human being should say and so the same.

Herod spoke as a ruler, as a king. But Herod did not regard what the child said. He threw the word away. I grieved his heart. Himself had sorrows, because of the following:

1.     What the child said was not what he expected and it was not what should done.

2.     An innocent person should not be killed for no good reasons.

3.     Nobody should fight against the prophet of God, because God said, “Do not touch my anointed, and do my prophet no harm.”

4.     Herod knew that he will be failing in the laws of God, if he killed St John De Baptist.

5.     It was true that John was inside the prison then, but Herod was about to release him, before the incident.

The Head: Yes, before the public it was so. But every king or ruler should know that when a law is made, that is unjust or against an innocent person, the same law shall be reversed and nullified. People shall not continue to do what they know is not right, simply because the law said it. Otherwise, people will be committing various evils and abominations simply because a king has said it.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, that is the correction to the world, for humanity. For such laws were not in existence in the ancient past. Therefore, the law shall be changed.

Herod was giving command to behead St John De Baptist, but his mouth was shaking.

The Head: It is true that the king has said so, he supposed to tell the child that murder must not be committed. Instead, let the child ask for another good thing. A human being should not, and must not, put another person in suffering, just to do what the o wants.

Herodias

She was a reincarnation of Jezebel, he wicked wife of Ahab. She is one if the fallen Angels, called Queen of Heaven, who appears and deceives the world in the name of Virgin Mary and apparitions.

The Head: Yes. Herod was not among the Saints. The evil ones meet and work together in their own lineage and tribe. Even so the Saints meet and work together in her own good, holy and separate lineage and tribe.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, truly, it is true that Jesus Christ was told about the murder of St John De Baptist. Jesus Christ cursed them: Herod, Herodias and her daughter, Salome. The curse is from everlasting to everlasting, and is still valid, effective, till now.

The girl, Salome, was among the people plotting and working against John. Her mother was not supposed to be the wife of Herod. And the mother was training her daughter with evil hand, in evil ways, cautioning her against John, because John was flogging them both spiritually and physically.

His daughter was among those who made the arrest of St John possible. She was among those who went to Herod and demanded that John be arrested. She was not innocent of the arrest and imprisonment of St John De Baptist.

When the head of John was given to her, she did not expect it. All her actions was just on the ground that she was siding with her mother, claiming that what her mother was saying were true, that John did not want her mother to become the wife of herod, so that herself shall become a princess.

Chukwudi: The incident is a lesson to mothers, who teach their children bad characters. It is also a great lesson to the children who side with their parents, when their parents are wrong. Many families are today being destroyed by family crisis and marriage failures, because many children support and defend their guilty parents or relations.

Apostle Matthew: This child, Salome, who was trying to prove herself innocent, was not innocent. She went further to fight, work, against the disciples of St John De Baptist, plotting against them and giving bad reports about them to Herod, monitoring. She was growing deep roots and making the roots to spread, learning veil ways and characters and even expressing them and gaining support and influence. Therefore, there is no salvation for her.

Dispute Between The Disciples Of Jesus Christ And John

Apostle Matthew: The disciples of John were offended with Jesus Christ and His Apostles, Disciples and Saints. That was because Jesus Christ and His followers did not join them in giving John a befitting burial and funeral. We supposed to join them, know where John was buried and join them in prayers for John. We did not join them. We did not light the candle usually lit for the dead.

Son of man, they expected Jesus Christ to be in their midst, and that ourselves should join them in all the funeral ceremonies. That would have shown them that we were with them, and that we believed in the gospel of St John De Baptist, which ourselves also confirmed. We did not do as they expected. There was rebuke, hot exchange of words. But it should not be like that.

The Most Important

The Head: Yes, it should not be like that. But wherever Jesus Christ enters, humanity should stop whatever they are doing and listen to Jesus Christ, unless He had already given permission for what is being done to continue. The gathering should listen to the Lord and Saviour.

Even so it is in this present and modern generations. They expect me to join them in doing whatever that they are doing in the name of God. As long as you join them, they call you a good and righteous man. But many of the things that humanity do are not right, and are the things that lead them to hell fire. Therefore, whatever they are doing, immediately myself, as Jesus Christ in His second coming, reincarnated as the man who saw God face to face, immediately I come sin, there should be first silence. They must stop whatever they are doing and listen to me or afford time within the same occasion to hear what God has said. This is the only way to correct the many things that are going wrong in the world.

All the cultures, customs and traditions are the ways to destruction. If the Saints were to join humanity in doing all that people are doing, the end shall be devastations and destructions inside the hell fire.

The time has come when humanity should know that they are here on earth to learn how to live in heaven. They are here on earth to do the will of God, and not to engage in these various cultures, customs and traditions, occasions, ceremonies and all the man-made laws and constitutions, which humanity put in place, and which are devilish or demonic. The time has come, when there should be change, reformations and restorations, change to perfection.

False Accusations

Son of man, why do the Pharisees put their mouth in this word?

Why did they involve themselves?

It was because they joined the disciples of John to do the funeral prayers. Many of them participated. They looked for Jesus Christ and did not see Him. And they said, “We said it. That this man, Jesus Christ, is not a good man, and that He was not a friend of John. When John was alive, we were warning him to avoid Jesus Christ. Instead of John avoiding and excluding Jesus Christ, he gave himself to Jesus Christ. Now, he has seen what Jesus Christ has done behind him.” That was the type of mental set they had. And all the disciples of John were adding and subtracting, considering all these comments, and were condemning Jesus Christ and His Apostles, Disciples and Saints.

Son of man, only the first few, only two disciples of John, followed Jesus Christ and became disciples of Jesus Christ. By the time John died and after his death, no other disciple of John joined Jesus Christ.
